Global Home Health started with the with the need to provide mobile healthcare to patient who are confined to their home or have limited mobility or movement. The main focus on Global Home Health is on two front which is to provide a complete and holistic nursing care which will include up to 24 Hours Nursing Care & Wound/Stoma Care any service location like at the patient’s home or at the ward of the hospital (to relief family members).
The second focus of Global Home Health is to provide regular and consistence home based rehabilitation services like Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy for patients. The goal on the rehabilitation team is to increase mobility of the patient which will improve the overall mobility of the patient or to prevent further deterioration of the current condition of the respective patient. The combination of both Nursing Care & Rehabilitation done together on a regular basis will see significant improvement to the well-being and overall condition of the patient.
