我发现其实没人教老人怎么变老…

我们总说要照顾爸妈，
却很少想过：他们该怎么“学会变老”？
当身体开始慢下来、世界却越跑越快，
他们面对的不只是体力的变化，
还有社交圈变小、学习力被低估、
甚至对新事物的恐惧。

可我最近发现，有些疗养院正在悄悄做这件事。
那里有人带他们画画、种花、做运动、学跳舞，
有人陪他们聊天、散步、喝茶。
每一件小事，都像是在告诉他们：
变老不是结束，而是另一种开始。

原来，所谓“优雅变老”，
不是一味地坚强、也不是被照顾，
而是重新被生活拥抱的过程。 🌿
