《人老了以后，真正害怕的是什么？》

不是白头发。
也不是脸上的皱纹。

而是有一天，
连走路、冲凉、吃饭，
都要人帮忙。

我们都见过这样的情况。
原本每天去巴刹、去taman走走、和朋友喝茶的uncle，
一次跌倒之后，生活完全不一样。

孩子当然有心照顾。
但他们要上班、要养家、要顾小孩。
不是不孝，是现实真的很忙。

时间久了，大家都累。

人老了最怕的，
其实不是老，
是身体慢慢不听话，
生活品质慢慢下降。

所以比起害怕变老，
不如早点想一想以后。

现在顾好身体，少一点坏习惯，多一点运动。
还有，把经济安排好。
有储蓄、有稳定收入，
以后不管是在家，还是去专业护理中心，
至少自己有选择。

人一定会老。
但希望老的时候，是安心的，不是勉强的。
