After 7 years of teaching, I hear in my class on every year that parents have no idea they have options to choose.

Parents didn’t know episiotomy is optional. Parents didn’t know rupturing of water bag is optional.

Parents didn’t know that SKIN-TO-SKIN playa such crucial role in breastfeeding, to stabilise the baby, to help mommy’s uterus return to normal.

There are so many parents out they who enter the labour room not knowing what they could do to have a smoother birth.
