Breastfeeding is not always about not having enough milk.
More often, it’s about not knowing the right technique or not being able to identify what’s going wrong during a feed.
Many mothers are never taught the practical skills needed to make breastfeeding smoother — and that can make the journey feel overwhelming.
A gentle tip for expecting mothers:
If you’re planning to breastfeed your baby, give yourself the gift of learning before the baby arrives. Join a complete breastfeeding course and understand the basics — positioning, latch, milk flow, and how to spot common issues.
Preparing early won’t make everything perfect, but it can help you feel at least 80% ready (if not 100%) when the real journey begins.
Breastfeeding is a skill for both mother and baby — and like any skill, it can be learned with the right guidance. 🤍
