So excited to be part of L'Oréal ’s Employee Wellness Day, where I had the privilege of sharing practical tips on healthy meal planning, quick meal prep methods, and smarter snacking. We paired the learning with two hands-on workshops: a cooking demo and a smoothie-making session, giving participants the chance to experience firsthand how healthy meals and snacks can be simple, delicious, and fun to create. 🌯 🥙 🍨
It was truly fulfilling to see everyone engaging, experimenting, and enjoying the process. Moments like these remind me how empowering nutrition education can be when it’s paired with real, practical action.

Enjoy the cozy and peaceful Christmas ambience here with homemade desserts with the festive flavours and colours from berries, chocolate, cinnamon, yuzu, watermelon, green grapes, pomegranate and many more! Walk-ins are always welcome! 🎄❄️☃️

Returned to HSBC for the second time this year to deliver another session of the Corporate Nutrition Programme for a new group of participants. I was truly encouraged by the full attendance, the energy in the room, and the kind compliments shared about the programme, activities, and games. Grateful for the continued opportunity to work with HSBC and team Cemkar Singh and Naimah and for the trust placed in me. With that trust, I always give my best to empower participants with practical dietary and lifestyle changes that make a real difference. It’s also a joy, as a dietitian, to witness how these sessions spark friendships, teamwork, and meaningful memories along the way. Thank you Nurul Izzatie from All Day Pharmacy for organising this! Autumn has begun to weave its spell at Caleb’s Hideout! 🍁🧡🍂 Our space is now dressed in an autumn palette with hues of champagne, brown, bronze-orange, cognac, maroon, and mustard dancing through dreamy desserts, soulful dishes, fragrant drinks, and fresh autumn-colour blooms by 🍂🍰🍁✨

Indulge in the flavours of the season, pumpkin, orange sweet potato, tea leaves, osmanthus, sweet corn, yuzu, and honey, each bite and sip a whisper of autumn’s poetry! 🌽🥧🧡🌾 Create your own bouquet, or bring home an autumn arrangement lovingly crafted by our florists 🌹💐
