Had the privilege to host the birthday party of this cutie pie 🥰 made a Miffy custard cheese tart with longan and strawberry chiffon cake as a birthday present for this little one as she is a big fan of Miffy! 🍓🎂😍🐰 thank you for choosing our space to create these lovely memories! Thank you to Chan Lee & Co (CLCoLaw) for inviting me to share a session on the nutrition of breakfast with the team! 👨‍💼👩‍💼

Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, yet many busy working adults tend to compromise it due to time constraints and work demands. During this session, I shared the benefits of a healthy, balanced breakfast, practical ways to achieve it, and explored other interesting breakfast-related topics such as intermittent fasting and caffeine. 🍱

To make the learning more engaging and practical, I prepared a bagel spread featuring healthy plant-based protein dishes and a fresh salad with orange, pomegranate, and garlic cherry tomatoes, translating nutrition knowledge into real, enjoyable food. 🥙🥗🥯

Looking forward to continuing to share nutrition through real dishes and hands-on experiences! 🥰
