HIV boleh tersebar melalui beberapa cara, termasuk hubungan seksual tanpa perlindungan, berkongsi jarum atau alat suntikan, serta daripada ibu kepada anak semasa kehamilan, bersalin, atau penyusuan.

Pencegahan adalah kunci untuk melindungi diri dan orang tersayang.

Cara pencegahan HIV:

• Gunakan kondom setiap kali hubungan seksual
• Jangan berkongsi jarum atau alat suntikan
• Jalani ujian HIV secara berkala
• Dapatkan rawatan pencegahan (PrEP) jika berisiko tinggi

Dengan langkah pencegahan yang betul, kita boleh melindungi diri dan komuniti daripada HIV. 🌍❤️
