Bring your water bottle wherever you go and get your 2-3L of water a day💪🏼

Common excuses I will hear:
“Office to cold, I’ll have to frequently pee.”
“Toilet too far.”
“I don’t like the taste of water.”
“Not used to drinking water.”
“Forgot to drink water.”

If your health is important to you, you’ll find a way to drink water consistently and throw all excuses out the window🥰 Unless if you’re ok with the health issues that result from not drinking enough water, then that’s fine🤗

Back to basics to heal your liver:
▪️Sleep by 10-11pm
▪️Eat balanced diet and do not skip your meals! (Your liver needs a lot of B vitamins, Vit C & antioxidants). Undereating is starving your liver and thus can’t function properly.
▪️drink 2-3 litres of water a day
▪️Get your daily dose of morning sunlight
▪️eat protein-rich breakfast (25-30g protein) and no coffee on empty stomach
▪️Heal your traumas and anger issues & let go of resentment- forgiveness is thy medicine
▪️Breathwork exercises
▪️Take supplements like Milk Thistle and Dandelion Extract, B complex to optimise liver and a good multivitamin to fill in nutritional gaps
