Decluttering your social media following is important (I am talking about health related pages) because too many different approaches will confuse you. Choose what aligns with you and unfollow what does not align with you. Also learn how to discern intentions behind posts. I see many health posts that just following trend for the sake of being viral and for the intention of creating a hype and not so much for the value the audience is getting in health awareness as a whole.
These kind of posts is seasonal as you will notice and there is no real foundation of health that is being spoken about, just bits and pieces of information, magnified to get your attention and keep you hooked.
Basics of health should be simple and practical without any confusion or fear-mongering.

Another stress-causing root cause is if you have people who are habitually and consistently forwarding you all kinds of health related posts (I repeat habitually forwarding to you) and you are feeling burdened by it, I advise you to not open those videos and watch if you choose not to tell them to stop sending you those videos.
These are not bad intentions or good intentions people. But rather those who without proper conscience and self-realisation, have the habit of forwarding anything and everything under the sun. Boundaries are needed with people as such because your nervous system will get dysregulated over and over again if you continue to engage and get sucked into the whirlwind of overconsumption of information.
