X-ray, MRI, and CT - What's the Difference?

Medical scans are amazing tools that let us as practitioners see inside the body without surgery:

𝙓-𝙧𝙖𝙮 (1895 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮): Uses radiation to quickly show bones, teeth, and chest images. Perfect for spotting fractures and lung issues.

𝘾𝙏 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙣 (𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙝𝙮): A powerful series of X-rays taken from different angles to create 3D cross-sections of the body. Great for detecting tumours, internal bleeding, or organ damage.
