HeartCore Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio was founded by a group of enthusiastic physiotherapists and Pilates instructors whose dream is to create a healthy and vibrant community that practise active lifestyle safely. We achieve this by helping you internalise Pilates principles into your daily activities to prevent injuries, and by applying the same principles in combination with a range of other manual therapeutic techniques to treat you with existing injuries. In HeartCore, we believe in the synergistic power of physiotherapy and Pilates exercises, and that treatment is incomplete without prevention.
