This month’s Breakfast Talk featured a double celebration for Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day!

EPians were told to come dressed for the occasion, and they certainly did not disappoint. Some of them gamely took to the catwalk for the Best Dressed segment, with our Founder, Tse-Ming, and Co-Founder, Siew-Mee, happily leading the way to get things started. There were lucky draws, birthday wishes, and thoughtful giveaways that added to the cheer (thank you to our Marketing team for that extra touch). Credit also goes to our HR team for pulling it all together, and to our Strategic Planning Lead, Eric Khor, for the meaningful sharing on collaboration, definitely fitting for a morning that felt exactly like that.

At EP Plus Group, our people are at the core of what we do, and developing capabilities from within is one way we bring this to life.

We’re pleased to recognise Adrian Yap, Denise Ang, and Jonathan Khor for completing their Train-the-Trainer certification by an HRD Corp–approved training provider. With this professional milestone, they are now formally qualified to facilitate training and support learning across the Group. This is a reflection of our 2026 theme, Ignite Forward, and our focus on empowering EPians to grow, contribute, and lead.

EP Plus Group is proud to be part of the Vitrolife Asian Distributor’s Conference 2026 (VADC 2026) in Beijing, alongside Vitrolife Group’s partners from across the Asia Pacific region.

Represented by our Fertility Sciences team and Group Managing Director, RPh Tse-Ming PANG, the conference was a meaningful platform to share our journey and progress in Fertility Sciences. Our Fertility Sciences Business Unit Head, Anthony Wee, delivered an engaging presentation to over 100 participants, reflecting on our performance in 2025 and our position as a key regional player in this field.

The session reinforced the strength of our strategic partnership with Vitrolife and our shared focus on advancing fertility solutions across the region. We look forward to continuing this momentum together.

NCM 2026: Kick-Off was a meaningful moment for us as EPians from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia came together to reconnect as one EP Plus Group.

The Leadership Team, led by our Founder & Group Managing Director, Tse-Ming PANG, spoke about the different seasons of growth and what it takes to recognise where we are. This aligned with our theme for 2026, ‘Ignite Forward – One Team. One Purpose. One Growth.’, which will serve as the anchor for us to continue growing the business together.

Of course, the whole event was made even more special by being able to gather and catch up with each other and being reminded that, while our roles may differ, our goal remains the same, and that is to Innovate for Better Lives.

As we look ahead, we do so with much energy and excitement for what we will be building together in 2026.

Breakfast Talk, our monthly employee engagement initiative, closed the year with something a little different. Since it was our final session of 2025, we used the morning to slow down as EPians, acknowledge the work everyone put in, and appreciate the progress we made together this year. It felt like a good moment to reconnect as one EP Plus Group before the year comes to a close.

To add some cheer, our EPic Fun Factory team put together an exciting gift exchange that came with a twist! We had to win a quick round of Stick Stack before you could claim your present. It was fun to watch everyone's competitive side emerge with lots of cheers and laughter as everyone did their best to out-stack each other.

What made the day even sweeter was a small but meaningful gesture from the company in the form of a lavender eye pillow from The Asli Co., just in time for us to use as we rest and reset for 2026.

A huge shoutout to all EPians for everything you brought to 2025!

Earlier this week, EP Plus Group hosted students from IMU University's Bachelor of Pharmacy programme under our BLOOM initiative.

BLOOM, or Better Lives Our Only Mission, is EP Plus Group’s ongoing effort to instil a growth mindset in the community to positively impact and empower the younger generation. And we did just that, with engaging conversations and curious questions that allowed our speakers to maximise their sharing.

The students continued these conversations during a tour of our office, which truly made us beam with pride as we showcased our Great Workplace.

We are grateful to our speakers, RPh Tse-Ming PANG, Mr Ewe Kheng Huat, and Mr C.K. Ong, and to our partners from IMU University - Dr Choy Sin Lee, Ms Najwa Abd Razak, Ms Anum Basyira, and Ms Nirmaladewi Duraisamy - without whom this event would not have been possible.

We look forward to more collaborations with IMU in this space.

At EP Plus Group, employee engagement goes beyond work. It’s about learning, connecting, and having fun together.

This month’s Breakfast Talk gathered EPians from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia to celebrate achievements, share updates, and learn together. In conjunction with World Menopause Day this 18 October, we had Dr. Premitha Damodaran, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist from Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, who shared valuable insights on menopause awareness that sparked meaningful discussions among EPians and our partners.

Our very own EPic Fun Factory also hosted a BYOB (Bring Your Own Boardgame) night, where EPians enjoyed an evening of laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition, wrapped up with a well-deserved pizza party.

Two different events with one shared purpose: to stay connected as EPians through learning, camaraderie, and good company.
