Having the space to collaborate, the teams we get to work with, and the small things around the office that energises our day. Just a simple look at what everyday life looks like as we work towards 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

Last week, our Leader-Managers came together for the IMPACT Forum, a 2-day session focused on strengthening how we lead across the organisation.

Led by our Founder and Group Managing Director, Tse Ming PANG, alongside our Head of Strategy, Eric Khor, and Head of Finance, Looi Lai Li, the forum allowed us all space to reflect, challenge perspectives, and align on what leadership means in our Great Workplace.

One thing stood out clearly: 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥.

At EP Plus Group, leadership is not assumed. It is earned, and it is our responsibility. This is why we create space like this for EPians. To build leaders who create meaning in their work, take ownership, and think with a global-oriented mindset.
