🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end audits
- Monitor cash flow, clinic income, and inventory transactions
- Handle payroll, staff claims, and basic HR finance tasks
- Ensure SST and tax compliance under Malaysian regulations
- Support e-Invoicing implementation (LHDN)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents & government bodies
- Maintain organized records and assist with budgeting
✅ Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (SME background preferred)
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, SST, and payroll
- Proficient in XERO or similar accounting software
- Independent, accurate, and responsible
🌟 Bonus Points
- Experience in veterinary, medical, or retail industries
- Familiar with inventory or POS system integration
- Exposure to LHDN’s e-Invoicing system

Those who dedicate themselves to the saving of animals can experience a wide range of emotions on any given day.
“The expectation that we can be immersed in suffering and loss daily and not be touched by it is as unrealistic as expecting to be able to walk through water without getting wet.“
Please do support your vets and vet nurses. Work with them, for your pet. Not just find fault and blame them.
The emotional roller coaster is real and on top of financial distress with people abandon pets, not paying bills.
Lets all work together, you do your part, we do ours. Provide the best for our patients. Your loving pets.
