Throughout these 4 weeks, you will
โจ Rebuild connection with your core and pelvic floor through mindful, gentle movement
๐ฌ๏ธ Practise supportive breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system and support recovery
๐ Release tightness in the hips, back, and shoulders, areas often strained during pregnancy and nursing
๐ฟ Experience intentional moments of deep rest and grounding, dedicated just for you
No yoga background required. Come exactly as you are and give yourself the space to heal with patience, compassion, and guidance.
