Why do so many things (Degree, Business, Sports). One sentence struck me the most in my teenage years, "If I have one more chance to change my past, I would have live life to the fullest. Now I regret not doing it.". This one sentence light up a fire in me. Its where I change from being sick, weak and loser into a sportsman, captains, leader. I just dont want to be at my deathbed, wishing i had done this and that.

I don't believe everyone is destined to suffer in this life. Its all about the tiny little choices you make in life. "how can I save up for that book?" "How can I save up for that course?" Do that consistently and 1 day when you look back, you would be surprised how much you have change.

Ask for help with his elbow pain for a long time. But its not just his elbow, its is partially from his shoulder as well. Over time his shoulders are affected, his neck is compensating for the injured part. So, don't neglect any injury that seems minor, you don't know how much other parts of your body is compensating.
