Fine Body Pilates is founded for the sole purpose of bringing Pilates & Yoga to the community where anyone from Junior to Senior, Women and Men, Cyclists and Runners, as well as Gymnasts and Dancers, ACTUALLY CAN DO PILATES & YOGA.

The studio opens its doors to KLites living in Ampang and Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Wether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Fine Body Pilates provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
