Dietitian Jowynna Yeo, completed her Nutrition & Dietetics training at International Medical University (IMU) and has trained under several hospitals such as Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar, Assunta Hospital and ParkCity Medical Centre. She is also a member of the Malaysian Dietetics Association (MDA). Together with Dr Chin, she has recently published a book on children's nutrition called 'Eat Well, Grow Well'. Her passion for food and nutrition education for the community has seen her take on many hats - from a consultant dietitian at ABC Children Specialist Clinic to being the founder of Vease Nutrition, a social enterprise where she conducts health talks and cooking demos for schools, corporate clients and the community.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: A new form of diabetes — Type 5, has been officially recognised.
Unlike Type 1 or 2, Type 5 is caused by chronic malnutrition, especially in childhood. These individuals are often young, thin, and overlooked.
Their pancreas simply never developed enough to produce the insulin they need.

We conduct cooking classes & demo, health talks, picky eater workshops, farm visits and more. We conduct corporate wellness workshops for clients too :)
We believe that food and nutrition education should begin from young. In fact, most of our childhood eating habits and favourite food lasts till adulthood. We aim to empower children to make better choices for lifelong health!

Her passion for Food & Nutrition education for the community has seen her take on many hats, from teacher of weekly cooking & baking classes for kids, children’s clinic consultant, to conductor of health talks & cooking demos for corporate clients, and schools.
Jowynna’s most recent endeavour sees her partnered up with a paediatrician to co-author a book for picky eaters.
