In this spirit, we offer quality Yoga, Pilates and wellness development programs across a variety of styles and traditions, in a safe, nurturing and enjoyable space, for adults and children. Located at the exclusive Pusat Kreatif Kanak Kanak Tuanku Bainum, we offer daily yoga classes for adults and children in a calm, safe and nurturing environment. The types of yoga taught are for Beginners, Intermediate and Advance levels, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, and Yoga Therapeutics. Prana Yoga KL also conducts Teacher Trainings, workshops, kids holiday camps, corporate yoga classes, as well as local and overseas retreats. In the spirit of service, we actively host and participate in local and global Seva (Selfless Service) projects to raise funds, and to spread peace, love and positive social change, through the unity of a borderless yoga community. Yoga in our studio, is pure teaching from the heart by certified and dedicated teachers, to small groups. We are connected to our passion by weaving our love for life, creativity and yogic philosophy into a safe, dynamic and heart-centred yoga practice. 🎄 Last Flow class of 2025, but make it Christmassy! 🎁
With energy as sparkly as tinsel, our Prana Yogis got all dressed up in Christmas colours, and accessorized for the occasion (apparently they’ve been planning on “what to wear” since the beginning of the week🤣).

Balancing poses like Xmas Tree, Candy Cane, Santa’s Charging Reindeer, were made more challenging amidst the bursts of laughter. It wouldn’t be a traditional Festive Class without a few Pranalympic games thrown in. Pretty sure our laughter could be heard all the way to the next block when we split into teams to play “Dress The Xmas Tree”, “Yulelog Roll” and “Santa Going Down The Chimney” 🤣🤣😜🥳

We finished off with a seated Xmas Wreath Flow, and everyone got a fat cookie as a reward for being such good sports 🥳🤗

Proof that you can sleigh your workout and have a holly jolly time doing it! ❄️

Our Christmas-themed Pilates class was absolute chaos in the best way possible. Between the usual challenging exercises and Pilates-style festive games, we aren’t sure what hurts more: our abs from the workout or our stomachs from laughing so hard 😂

Ending the year with a serious bang (and maybe a little bit of muscle soreness). Grateful for this joyful crew 💫🙏

Join us for the 2025 Children’s Yoga Gives Back Project by Everywhere is Love teachers! It’s a day to Do Yoga. Do Good.

We have two great options:

• Kids Yoga (4-12 Y.O.): 11 AM - 12:30 PM (RM 30/ pax)

• Parent & Child Yoga (4-12 Y.O.): 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM (RM 60 for 1 Parent + 1 Kid)

This signature program curated by our Lead Trainer needs no introduction. Our July intake is open for registration, and mat spaces are LIMITED TO ONLY 16

❣️Exercising safely, with body-mind-breath control, whilst activating the True CORE, is the most effective way to rehabilitate postpartum issues like Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Floor dysfunction (incontinence/prolapse), C-Section scar tissue adhesion, Improper Breathing, Weak Core, Stiff Neck/Upper Back, and Lower Back Pain.
❣️Diastasis Recti (that causes that post preggo pooch, and the reason for pain, prolapse, and lack of core strength) and scar tissue post surgery, can linger FOR YEARS, if left untreated... OR worst still, if you’re doing the wrong exercises or sports, that may aggravate the condition.
❣️Suitable for Mummies anytime post confinement (do wait at least 2 months if you’ve had a C-Section birth), and those who have NEVER done any professional postpartum rehabilitation.

Our 2025 Yoga Alliance RPYT 100Hour Prenatal and Postnatal Teacher Training is now open for registration.

This immersive, in-person training is held once a year at Prana Yoga KL , and is designed for :

🧘🏻Pre/Postnatal yoga teachers who do not feel confident enough to teach, and would like to deepen their knowledge, polish their skills and find the missing ingredient to their teaching voice through in-training mentoring , and teaching tools and approach backed by evidence-based research

💥This invaluable course incorporates over a decade of actively teaching thousands of pregnant and postpartum women, across the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Therapeutic Movement modalities.
