Try these 5 simple physiotherapy-approved stretches to ease pain, improve mobility, and keep your shoulders healthy!
✅ 1. Shoulder Rolls – Gently roll your shoulders forward & backward 10 times.
✅ 2. Arm Across Chest Stretch – Pull one arm across your body and hold for 20 seconds.
✅ 3. Wall Angels – Stand against a wall, raise arms up & down slowly.
✅ 4. Doorway Stretch – Place arms on a door frame and lean slightly forward to open up the chest.
✅ 5. Pendulum Circles – Lean forward, let your arm hang, and make small circular motions.
