🌳 Where Learning Flows Like the Stream 🌳

Today’s hike was more than just an outdoor trip — it was a lesson in endurance, respect for nature, and self-awareness.

Our students explored the trail, overcame small challenges, and ended the morning with sensory play — blowing bubbles and splashing gently in the cool stream. 💧 These simple moments help them connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and find joy in nature’s rhythm.

They are still learning to support one another in new environments. Some were focused only on their own excitement — and that’s okay. Each hike, each shared laugh, is a small step toward empathy and care. 🌿

Nature teaches us gently — patience, kindness, and growth never happen all at once. 🌈

今天带孩子们去爬山、野餐，还在溪边玩泡泡、玩水。
他们踩在山路上小心平衡，吹着泡泡时满脸笑容，
那种开心和专注，让人感动。

我们去大自然，不只是玩。
孩子们在过程中学着照顾自己，听指令，
也学着怎么尊重大自然。

虽然他们还不太习惯在新环境中合作，
但没关系，我们会继续练习。

🌸 A Meaningful Visit to Rumah Kasih 🌸
Today, our students had a wonderful opportunity to visit Rumah Kasih and share kindness with the elderly. 💖
They helped to send donation items, set up for lunch, and distribute food with care. More importantly, they learned how to greet the elderly politely, and shared joyful moments through games and smiles together. 🎲👵👴
This hands-on experience helped our students understand the method of respect, helping others, and showing love to the elderly in real life.
We are truly grateful for the chance to spend such a happy and heartwarming time together. 🫶

We are truly honored to have been invited by Fabulous Ladies Fitness to share our passion and knowledge in a special talk on parenting styles, children’s personalities, and building responsibility in kids. 💬👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful parents who joined us with such open hearts and minds. Your active engagement and thoughtful questions made the session so meaningful! 💗✨

有些孩子在学习加减时，总是感到迷茫。加和减对他们来说，仿佛一条模糊的界线，简单的题目也容易出错，更难理解加减在生活中的实际意义。

我们常常只看到表面的问题，急着想解决，却忽略了孩子真正需要支援的地方——专注力、认知能力、学习态度，甚至是在遇到困难时坚持下去的勇气。
小M刚来的时候，只能顺着写数字，对数字概念还很模糊，学校的教学内容也跟不上。遇到挑战时，他习惯选择逃避。

在after school program里，我们先从最基本的专注力训练开始，配合提升认知能力的桌游活动，也陪伴他慢慢建立起对自己学习负责的态度。从认识数字和数量的对应关系，到了解加减的步骤和用途，再到将所学应用到生活中，小M一点一点地成长。

现在的他，逐渐找到了学习的节奏，也找到了属于自己的自信。

慢慢来，一步步走着，总会遇见闪闪发光的自己。🌟
Some children find it hard to tell the difference between addition and subtraction. Even simple math problems can become a struggle when the basic concepts aren’t clear.
It’s easy for us to focus only on the mistakes we see and rush to "fix" them, but behind every mistake, there’s often a deeper need — attention skills, cognitive development, a positive attitude toward learning, and the perseverance to face challenges.
When M first joined our after-school program, he could barely write numbers in order. The concepts behind the numbers were still a blur, and he often fell behind in class. Whenever things got tough, his instinct was to give up.
We decided to start from the basics — building his attention span, strengthening his cognitive skills through games, and helping him take responsibility for his own learning.
Step by step, we moved from understanding numbers and quantities to learning how addition and subtraction work, and then applying those skills to everyday life.
Today, M is growing steadily, finding his pace, and most importantly, finding his confidence. Progress takes time. With the right support, every child can discover just how capable they are. 🌟

After a month in Afterschool Program, the children have started to settle in. They’re adjusting to the routine of studying and completing homework after school. They’re learning not to avoid challenges, staying committed to practice, and gradually developing self-control. Every step they take is a meaningful achievement. There have been tears, sweat, and emotional ups and downs along the way, but with the support of the children, parents, and teachers working together, we're confident we can overcome any challenge and continue to grow and progress🥰
经过一个月的努力，孩子们慢慢走出了最初的适应期。如今，他们渐渐习惯放学后继续学习、完成作业的日常，渐渐明白在面对困难时不逃避、坚持练习，逐步培养起自控力。每一步成长，都是一份收获。过程中有泪水、有汗水，也有许多起伏的情绪，但只要孩子、家长、老师齐心协力，我们一定能够克服一切挑战，收获更多的成长与进步🥰
