It was a pleasure conducting both the online and onsite ergonomics workshops with the team at Emec Scientific. The sessions shared practical strategies to improve workplace posture, prevent common injuries, and create a safer and more comfortable work environment for both office and workshop staff.

From workstation adjustments and posture awareness to safe lifting techniques and stretching exercises, the workshops aimed to help staff reduce the risk of common work-related discomfort such as neck, shoulder, wrist, and back pain.

过渡不只是时间上的改变，更是安全感与可预期感的改变。 🌿

对许多自闭症孩子来说，从家到学校、从一个活动到另一个活动，甚至人生阶段的转换，都可能带来不确定与焦虑。当我们透过 Structure、Empathy 与 Low arousal 的视角去理解过渡时，就能把行为看成讯号，而不是对抗。

欢迎家长、教育工作者、治疗师以及所有支持自闭症孩子的人士，参与我们的 SPELL 框架工作坊，一起学习在日常生活中建立更顺畅、更有支持力的过渡过程。 💛

Transitions are not just changes in schedule, they are changes in safety and predictability. 🌿

For many autistic children, moving from home to school, one activity to another, or one stage of life to the next can bring uncertainty and anxiety. When we understand transition through the lens of Structure, Empathy, and Low arousal, we begin to see behaviour as communication rather than resistance.
