โจ๐๐ฅ Kimchi Tuna Quinoa Noodles ๐ฅ๐โจ
Quick, tangy, and nourishing! ๐ฅข
Packed with probiotics from kimchi, lean protein from tuna, and the wholesome goodness of quinoa avocado noodles, this bowl is light yet satisfying. ๐ช๐ฟ
๐ฉโ๐ณ Ingredients (1 serving):
40g Tresor Treats Quinoa Avocado Noodles (or any convenient brand)
ยฝ cup kimchi, chopped
50g canned tuna in water (โ
can)
ยฝ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
50g spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
ยฝ tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
๐ฅ Steps:
1๏ธโฃ Add spinach, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely and cook on high for 1โ2 minutes until spinach is soft.
2๏ธโฃ Add hot or boiled water to cover noodles in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and cook on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until desired texture. Drain well.
3๏ธโฃ To the same bowl, add noodles, kimchi & tuna chunks and mix. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
4๏ธโฃ Top with cucumber slices, serve warm & enjoy.
