Bangun pagi dengan memang menyiksakan. Lebih-lebih lagi anda sedang mengalami sakit belakang yg kronik, dalam fasa penyembuhan, atau kecederaan.
Macam mana nak buat ni?😩
✨Mulakan dgn regangan mudah apabila bangun daripada tidur:
- Duduk tegak - peluk satu kaki - rapatkan ke dada anda- tahan 10 saat- ulang utk sebelah lagi kaki

✨Tidur mengiring di sebelah kanan utk mengelakkan himpitan pada organ seperti perut dan hati.

✨letakkan hot pack di belakang badan selepas bangun daripada tidur (jika ada masašŸ˜†)

✨bergerak perlahan-ahan, daripada duduk-berdiri - melangkah utk berjalan

✨Lakukan senaman simple je seperti Cobra , Bridging utk kuatkan otot belakang dan otot perut anda

āœ… For side sleepers, keep your knees slightly bent and use a pillow in front of you to stop yourself from rolling onto your stomach, which can stress your back.

Sometimes, we all like to have someone do the work for us.

But in physiotherapy, collaboration is the key to success.

Your therapist can tell you what is wrong, and give you methods of treatment. This will probably include various exercises organized into a consistent routine.

These exercises are recommended because they are specifically targeted at rebuilding your problem areas – so it is necessary that you commit to following your routine.

A physiotherapist can show you the road to recovery, but you must take the first steps.

So if you are considering physical therapy, here's a tip: show up to every appointment, and follow the advice given to you by your therapist!

Once you see the results, you’ll see that it was worth it all along :)

What exactly can I expect from physiotherapy?
A very important question to ask before beginning your journey.
A good physiotherapist will begin with a physical examination of your movement, flexibility, muscle/joint motion, and read into your health history.
Then, they will give a diagnosis, prognosis, and care plan that includes both short term and long term goals.
Your care plan will include a mix of self management recommendations and hands on treatments, such as:
-Iontophoresis: The use of an electrical current to deliver certain medications, like topical steroids. This can decrease inflammation.
-Electrical stimulation (e-stim): Coming in two forms. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation reduces pain, while neuromuscular electrical stimulation works to stimulate muscular motor units to improve muscular engagement.
-Heat, moist heat, and cold therapy
-Light therapy: Using special lights and lasers to treat certain medical conditions.
The frequency and length of treatments largely depends on the extent and seriousness of your injury – anywhere between 1-4 appointments per week, for a few weeks, or, in more serious cases, months.

Kadang kita sibuk kejar dunia…
Sampai lupa ada dua insan yang doanya lebih laju sampai ke langit.

āœ”ļø Orang pertama yang bangun waktu kita sakit.
āœ”ļø Orang terakhir yang tidur waktu kita susah.
āœ”ļø Orang yang tak pernah minta dibalas, hanya mahu kita bahagia.

Hari ini… ambil satu langkah kecil:
• Telefon mereka.
• Peluk mereka.
• Cium tangan mereka.
• Ucap ā€œTerima kasih, Ma. Terima kasih, Ayah.ā€

Tak perlu hadiah mahal.
Kadang senyuman kita pun sudah cukup buat hati mereka penuh.

Ingat sabda al-Quran:
