Greetings beautiful souls that follow us here!

We are here to keep you posted for the next season: chances are low that we will be back. We tried but could not find replacing instructor as our leading instructor Caro Goh has moved to Bali.

However, if you enjoyed her classes the last season and would like to keep in touch with her - she’ll be happy to connect and share with you through Omni Caro, a page for her yoga sharing on and off the mat.

Also you may pop in Yoga Shack Lembongan if you happen to be around the area in Bali !

Otherwise roll on your sarong with your friends on the sandy beach of Perhentian, do what feels good to you and your body. Take the chance to stretch, bend and connect with your inner being ! Enjoy your time in the blues and green 💛🌊🍃✨

Namaste all the beautiful souls. Monsoon is here and we are receiving enquiries and messages since we officially closed for the season from this October.

We apologise for not being able to answer all the messages we received as being away from the operation, as well the disappointments outside the studio hearing it has been closed for the season.

We are feeling grateful and blessed for the season and all the beautiful souls that enter the space for a sharing of yoga practice on the mat. We truly enjoy the moments share and thank you all for allowing all these beautiful moment to happen on the island with your presence.

We will keep you posted for the next season's happening.

In the mean time before the year ends, we want to share our last practice of the year with you as we invite you to join us for a little self discovery and reflection; to take some time to enter into your heart, to make space and invite love.

Another beautiful day on the island. And a special one with the beautiful clouds we open our eyes to after meditation. Also a weather that changes in a blink of an eye.

Practicing non-reaction but an observer, to the weather; the sensation of it on our body; the emotions it’s stimulating - witnessing and observing all that is happening here and now but not reacting to it.
