This is our fourth year running Foundation Courses for yoga newbies or yogis who would like to revisit the basics!

The course is suitable for you if:
🩵 you’re a yoga beginner
🩵 you wanted to know in more details about physical alignments when practising yoga poses
🩵 you’re interested in learning Sanskrit and English names for yoga poses, breathing exercises and yoga philosophy
🩵 you want to come back to the basics and relearn what you have practised before

Our foundation classes are held in a small group environment with lots of chances to ask questions and for you to clear doubts that you have regarding your practice.
