Marketing Assistant
Location: USM Health Campus Kubang Kerian

The Marketing Assistant supports the ex*****on of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness. The role requires proficiency in image and video editing tools, creative copywriting abilities, and familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools to streamline content development and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and edit graphics, photos, and short videos for social media, websites, and digital ads in line with brand guidelines.
• Support the development of landing pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Write and edit engaging copy for social media, emails, advertisements, and website content.
• Manage daily social media posting, monitoring, and engagement, including responding to online inquiries across all digital platforms.
• Track and report basic social media and campaign performance metrics.
• Conduct simple market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency, and explore new digital tools to enhance productivity.
• Participate in external marketing activities, events, and roadshows, including off-site assignments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Proficiency in image and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative copywriting skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and participate in outdoor or off-site marketing activities and events.

USAINS Healthcare successfully conducted the 2nd batch of the HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Programme from 7–11 December 2025 at USM Health Campus, Kubang Kerian.

This special cohort brought together 20 Medical Doctors, each a subject-matter expert in their respective fields, marking a significant milestone in strengthening USAINS’ pool of accredited trainers. The programme equips medical professionals with structured training methodologies, adult learning principles, and outcome-based instructional skills, enabling them to deliver certified training beyond clinical practice.

This initiative reflects USAINS’ continued commitment to transforming internal expertise into impactful, industry-ready training programmes that benefit healthcare professionals and the industries.

URGENT VACANCY:

This full-time, on-site role based in Kubang Kerian, involves serving as a Sr Executive for the Pharmacy department. The Sr Executive will manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, oversee inventory and procurement of medication, and provide proper dispensation of prescriptions. They will collaborate with healthcare specialists to support excellent patient care and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and regulations. Additional responsibilities include improving pharmacy workflows, managing budgets efficiently, and staying up-to-date with medical developments and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing pharmaceutical inventory, dispensing medication, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
- Must have valid ARC
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily pharmacy operations and budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals and patient interaction.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical procedures, healthcare practices, and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (required); professional certification in pharmacy is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environment located in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan.
