ASTHMA: KNOW THE SIGNS & SYMPTOMS 😮‍💨
Do you often feel short of breath, coughing a lot at night, or after exercise? These could be signs of asthma – a condition that makes it hard to breathe because the airways become swollen and produce too much mucus.

Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection caused by Salmonella typhi.
How it spread?
✔️ Spread through ingestion of food or water contaminated with f***s or urine from an infected person or chronic typhoid carrier.
✔️ Common in areas with poor sanitation & hygiene.

Treatment & Prevention?
✔️Typhoid can be treated with antibiotics
✔️ It can be prevented with the typhoid vaccine — a booster is recommended every 3 years, depending on the type of vaccine.

🚨 If you’re a food handler, traveler or uniformed personnel who may be deployed in remote areas, vaccination is highly recommended!
