​We invite you to join us for a very special February Learners Group session with our committee member, Lim Re Gal. This session is close to our hearts as Re Gal shares how she used the very tools she teaches to navigate her own path through higher education.

​As a dual qualified Registered Counsellor and Audiologist, Re Gal did more than just research Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She lived it. By practicing psychological flexibility through the toughest moments of her doctoral studies, she not only completed her research on the My-CARE module but also received the Best PhD Student award.

​She is looking forward to connecting with you and sharing her journey of balancing academic rigor with personal well-being.
