Long holidays are beautiful… until you resume your work or kids going back to school (aka back to reality).

If your body feels sluggish and your mind is still on vacation mode, this session is for you.

Join us for a gentle Back-to-Reality reset — designed to help you transition smoothly from holiday indulgence to grounded clarity.

🧘‍♀️ Session Flow:
🕰️ 35 minutes of slow, grounding Yin Yoga to stretch out stiffness and release tension
🎶 25 minutes of soothing Sound Bath to calm the nervous system and rebalance your energy
