🌿 Here’s what most people miss
🌿 而大多数人忽略的是这一点
An intention cannot stay
if the nervous system does not feel safe.
当神经系统不安全,
再好的意念也留不下来。
When the body is tense, guarded, or in survival mode:
• motivation fades
• discipline feels exhausting
• change never lasts
当身体长期紧绷、防御、求生时:
• 动力会消失
• 自律会变成消耗
• 改变无法持续
So the problem is not that you are inconsistent.
The problem is that your body has not been regulated.
所以问题不在于你不够坚持,
而在于你的身体还没被调回稳定状态。

We don’t force habits.
We don’t push behavior.
We don’t rely on motivation.
我们不逼习惯,

We first restore safety in the nervous system.
So intention can land.
Behavior can repeat.
Practice can become natural.

意念才能留下来,
行为才能自然重复,
练习才能变成第二天性。

It’s about removing what never belonged to you .
chronic tension, constant bracing, survival patterns.
这是在移除那些本来就不属于你的东西——
长期紧绷、持续防御、求生模式。
So what remains
is simply you, regulated, present, and whole.

只是一个稳定、在场、完整的你。
