在这世上，几乎所有人都把宗教和信仰混合在一起，这是错误的！

信仰，是发自于内心的一种信念，是任何形态的人、事与物都无法取代的。

而宗教，是建立于一群有着同样信仰的人所建立而成的，宗教是人为的，宗教可以创建，也可以毁灭！

信仰，是无形式的，信仰，是不需要他人来告诉你什么是对什么是错，信仰就是回归到人之初性本善的形态中！而宗教，则是为了控制信仰的人而创造出来，往往就是加了许许多多人为的条例，成为了控制他人的枷锁！

人不需要宗教才能活着，但人，必须要有信仰才能延续生命！

希望马来西亚的华人认清一个事实，不要因为遇到中国来的同胞就献上无限热情，能够移居马来西亚的中国人，都不是你们想象中那么的友好，他们主要还是以一个“利”字为先！

定居在马来西亚的中国朋友们，你们也别小瞧马来西亚人，特别是马来西亚华人，我们的热情，不代表我们就是傻子，别老是以为中国如何比马来西亚先进，请记住，中国有今天的成就，马来西亚华人的功劳不可抹，中国抗日的五个年间，马来亚华人就捐款了超过50亿元，在那个时期，这50亿绝对不是一个小数目，更不是当时的中国能够内供的！

马中商务的交流与合作，必须建立在“诚信”的两个字上，固然有无数的中国朋友在马来西亚建立了公司企业，但希望你们别以忽悠的形态来骗取马来西亚合作伙伴对你们的诚信！

What will happen to the future of the health care industries?

Unlike 20 years ago, many high scores high school graduates in the science stream first priority is to choose Medicine for their continues study in the university. We seen the fighting to get a spot in the medicine studies in almost every university, and seeing the disappointment of students who wasn't chosen and denied to what they desired to enroll into.

Today, we hardly hear any student complaining or even voicing out they want to take up medicine studies and become a doctor in the future. What came to the worst scenario is that the much younger generation, the Generation Alpha, being addicted to smartphones and iPads, would have lost their ability to study and research in the professional lines of works, that includes the health care industries.

Health care physicians are getting less, and doctors with irresponsibility to really care for the health of the patients are getting more, their priority is to make more money instead, treating and helping patients have become their byproducts as being a doctor.

Perhaps Medicine AI will soon take over the real doctors, and people all around the world are losing faith with the western medicine, many have realized that the traditional medicines are more reliable and causing almost no harm and side effects as receiving from the western medicine treatments.

Pharmaceuticals know the danger they are facing, with losing the effectiveness of drugs they are producing, their businesses will be inclined tremendously in the short future, in order to be in control of the health care industries, they will create more pandemics and come up with the solutions of vaccines, and that is the only way they can stay in business.

The only trustable health care industry left to safe guard the human race perhaps is only the traditional Chinese medicine, the western medicine and the pharmaceuticals were trying to destroy the traditional Chinese medicine for the past few hundred years but failed, and my observation and opinions is that traditional Chinese medicine will be replacing western medicine and becoming the priority choice of health care by the public.

Let's be the witnesses together and see what's going to happen in the next five to ten years!

Good to be back in operating room again. This morning I did a total thyroidectomy for a patient diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in UCSI hospital .

The operating room is so spacious and very well designed by Arwah Professor Khalid Yusof. Its very refreshing to be in the operating room and meet my new OT staff. I foresee more challenging cases in time to come. Once a surgeon always a surgeon

The worst Club Sandwich I ever had at a 5-Star hotel!

I brought my China associates to have a meeting at the hotel restaurant, we ordered 2 sets of Club Sandwich, the presentation completely blown off my expectations!

It was like a cheap roadside sandwich!

For the price of RM38++ for a set of Club Sandwich at a 5-Star hotel, the price is acceptable, unfortunately, the taste and look and the ingredients of the sandwich really cheapskate!

The deep fried chicken way too over cooked, and we can taste it's a pre-prepared frozen chicken and not freshly cut chicken meat. The cheese used was those cheese slice sold in supermarket, instead of using those real cheese. The salad vege was not fresh, and the bread were pressed, unlike proper toast, worst was that the bread skin were never removed!

I really don't know how to express the lousy feeling, we tried our best but yet we were unable to finish the sandwich, we did express our dissatisfaction to the Director of F & B, again, very unfortunate nothing has been done, and yet he said will address the chef and hopefully on our next visit they would have improved!

The chef definitely not qualified to be in the kitchen of the 5-Star hotel, perhaps the management of Sheraton can only afford a roadside cook to be their chef 🤭🤭🤭!

Sad to see the failure of such establishment!
