When I was 25, I suddenly realized I could barely even drive.
I was still a houseman back then, seeing many patients every day.
One day I just bent down to pick up a pencil, and my lower back hurt so badly I couldn’t move.
That was when I knew — I really can’t ignore my body. 😔
25 岁那年，我突然发现自己连驾车都变困难了。
当时还是实习医生，每天看很多病人，有一次只是弯个身捡铅笔，腰直接痛到不行。
那时候我才知道，身体真的不能拖。😔
Later I decided to try Indiba.
