近视，其实不仅仅是“视力问题”，它是一种眼部疾病

在临床眼科的定义中，近视并不只是“看远不清楚”，而是由于眼轴过度增长所导致的一种结构性改变，属于进行性的屈光异常疾病。

当眼球逐渐变长时，眼底的视网膜会被持续牵拉变薄。这种变化虽然在早期可能没有明显症状，但在长期发展中，会显著增加多种严重眼病的风险，包括：
• 视网膜裂孔
• 视网膜脱离
• 近视性黄斑病变
• 青光眼风险增加

尤其是高度近视（通常指超过600度或眼轴明显增长者），其并发症风险会进一步上升，并可能对视力造成不可逆的影响。

需要强调的是：

眼镜只能矫正视力，并不能改变眼球结构本身的变化。

因此，现代近视管理的重点，已从“配镜矫正”逐步转向“控制进展”，尤其在儿童与青少年阶段，更应关注以下方面：
• 规律户外活动时间
• 减少长时间近距离用眼
• 定期进行眼轴及屈光检查
• 早期干预近视进展（如医学指导下的控制方案）

近视是一种慢性进展性眼病，而不是简单的视觉不便。

对近视的正确理解与早期管理，将直接影响未来视觉健康的质量。
