Hi, happy 2026.
This isn’t a recap.
It’s a letter I never sent — and a promise I’m choosing to keep.

To those who were brave enough to heal,
brave enough to walk away,
brave enough to choose themselves —
even when life kept asking for more.

You taught me that healing doesn’t need to be loud to be real.
That boundaries can be loving.
That staying alive also means staying true.

We’re still here.
Still walking.
Still choosing to stay — with you, in your becoming.

This Christmas,
we wrap our hopes gently,
not with ribbons,
but with kindness, rest, and presence.

Some of us are celebrating loudly,
some quietly healing,
some still learning how to feel safe again.
All are welcome here.

Krismas bukan hanya tentang hadiah,
tetapi tentang ruang,
ruang untuk bernafas,
ruang untuk pulih,
ruang untuk merasa cukup, walaupun belum sempurna.

If this season feels heavy,
may you know you don’t have to carry it alone.
If it feels warm,
may you share that warmth gently with others.

From our healing community to yours;
may this season hold you softly,
and may the coming year meet you with compassion.

Leadership is not only about building skills, but about caring for people.

We would like to acknowledge GEM Consultancy for choosing to prioritise student wellbeing by fully allocating their training funds towards 25 complimentary counselling sessions for Swinburne SLVP students.

This decision speaks volumes about values-driven leadership and genuine social responsibility. Teduh Jiwa is honoured to be part of a collaboration where mental health is treated as essential, not optional.
