Telefon pintar dah jadi “nyawa kedua” remaja 📱
Tapi jarak guna phone terlalu dekat (±20cm) boleh buat rabun makin cepat naik 👀
Jarak selamat? Sekitar 40cm.
Selain itu, cahaya biru dari skrin juga ganggu tidur—
sebab tu lepas main phone, mata segar tapi badan letih 😴

Zaman sekarang, pelajar memang tak boleh lari dari skrin 📱💻
Pagi tengok smartboard, petang buat assignment di laptop, malam ulang kaji guna tablet. Mata bekerja tanpa henti—lebih penat daripada generasi dulu 👀
Akibatnya, ramai alami Digital Eye Strain:
