RAMAI YANG SAKIT LUTUT NAK CEPAT HILANGKAN SAKIT.
Dan itu memang normal.

👉 Tapi kena faham satu perkara penting:

Hilangkan sakit = short term
Rawat punca sebenar = long term

🔹 Bila fokus hilangkan sakit sahaja
✔️ Sakit lega cepat
✔️ Boleh jalan, boleh solat, boleh kerja
❌ Tapi punca sebenar masih ada

Sebab itu ramai pesakit cakap:

“Doc, mula-mula ok… lepas tu sakit balik.”
