M先生最初接触物理治疗时需要两根拐杖的辅助。现在，他可以不用拐杖或任何支撑物行走了！🙌

M先生表示疼痛减轻了很多，行走时的平衡感也得到改善。有时，他的腿在长时间坐着或长时间保持一个姿势后会有些僵硬，但再次活动后，他的腿就恢复正常了。

M先生，辛苦了！💪
虽然我们的疗程结束了，但我们希望M先生能继续在家每天练习之前教他的那些动作，让他的进步保持下去，并不断进步。

Dulu Encik M datang pertama kali dengan dua tongkat (crutches). Sekarang, beliau sudah boleh berjalan tanpa tongkat atau sebarang sokongan! 🙌

Sakit banyak berkurang, dan keseimbangan badan semasa berjalan sangat baik. Kadang-kadang kaki sedikit kaku (stiff) selepas duduk lama atau dalam satu posisi yg sangat lama, tetapi selepas bergerak semula kaki merasa ok semula.

Syabas Encik M atas usaha gigih! 💪
Walaupun sesi dengan kami sudah selesai, harap Encik M dapat terus melakukan senaman yang telah diajar setiap hari di rumah supaya progres ini kekal dan semakin baik lagi.
