Rasulullah SAW bersabda:

Nuzul Al-Qur’an mengingatkan kita tentang turunnya wahyu pertama sebagai rahmat dan petunjuk kepada seluruh umat manusia. Kitab suci ini bukan sekadar dibaca, tetapi menjadi panduan dalam membentuk akhlak, keperibadian serta kehidupan yang lebih sejahtera.

Bersempena memperingati peristiwa Nuzul Al-Qur’an, Putra Medical Centre (PMC) mengucapkan Salam Nuzul Al-Qur’an 1447H kepada semua umat Islam.

Fenomena kemarahan sosial dan peningkatan kes buli siber yang semakin membimbangkan kini memberi kesan besar terhadap keharmonian serta kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Mangsa buli siber berdepan risiko gangguan kesihatan mental seperti tekanan emosi, keresahan dan kemurungan akibat serangan berulang termasuk penghinaan, fitnah serta pendedahan aib di media sosial, yang seterusnya menjejaskan keyakinan diri, hubungan sosial dan kualiti hidup mereka. Situasi ini jelas mencerminkan keperluan mendesak untuk pengurusan emosi yang lebih berkesan, penghayatan nilai empati serta pengukuhan tanggungjawab sosial dalam setiap interaksi, sama ada di dunia nyata mahupun di ruang digital.

Menjunjung titah dan nasihat Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Raja Puan Muda Kedah, Che Puan Muda Zaheeda binti Mohamad Ariff, selaku Penaung Diraja Persatuan Kesihatan Mental Malaysia, seluruh lapisan masyarakat diseru agar mengamalkan sikap saling menghormati, berhemah dalam tutur kata serta beretika dalam penggunaan media sosial demi memelihara kesihatan mental dan mewujudkan persekitaran yang selamat, harmoni dan berperikemanusiaan.

Terima kasih kepada calon yang hadir untuk sesi temuduga terbuka yang telah diadakan pada 14 Disember di Poliklinik Kulim dari 9.00 pagi hingga 2.00 petang. Sesi tersebut telah berlangsung dengan lancar dan jayanya.
