Influenza adalah jangkitan virus pernafasan yang boleh menyebabkan komplikasi serius.

⚠️ Golongan berisiko tinggi:
• Warga emas
• Kanak-kanak
• Ibu mengandung
• Pesakit diabetes, jantung, paru-paru & penyakit kronik

🚨 Komplikasi termasuk:
• Pneumonia
• Eksaserbasi asma / COPD
• Jangkitan sekunder

✅ Pencegahan adalah lebih baik daripada rawatan
💉 Vaksin influenza tahunan disarankan, terutama untuk golongan berisiko tinggi.

“医生，我最近真的很容易累，连上楼梯都气喘。”
林太太苦笑着说。

她是一位忙碌的妈妈，平时很健康，但最近总觉得哪里不对劲。
早上起床头晕，走一点路就心跳加快，有时甚至差点晕倒。
她以为只是太累了，直到有一天，丈夫发现她的脸色越来越白，连嘴唇都没有血色。

她决定去诊所做检查。
验血结果显示——她有贫血（Anaemia）。

但医生告诉她，贫血并不是最终的诊断，而是身体在发出一个警讯。
真正重要的是——找出造成贫血的原因！

可能是缺铁、失血（例如月经量多）、肠胃吸收不良，
也可能是慢性疾病造成的。
所以，治疗不仅仅是“补血”，而是要查明根本原因并对症治疗。

💢 贫血常见症状：
1) 容易疲倦、头晕
2) 注意力不集中
3) 呼吸急促
4) 心跳加快
5) 皮肤苍白或冰冷

经过进一步检查，医生发现林太太的贫血是因为月经量过多导致铁质缺乏。
