المستشفى هى أكتر مكان المفترض إنه يكون منظم ومرن ومترابط فى التعامل لأقصى درجة على مختلف الأقسام من (الطاقم الطبي – العيادات الخارجية – المختبر – الأشعة – الحسابات – المخازن – المشتريات – المبيعات) وده اللى اهتمت بيه Health Insights فى برنامج إدارة المستشفيات HMS الموضوع طبقاً للمعايير الطبية العالمية ICD10 و HL7 واللى من أهم مزاياه إنك تقدر :-
- تنشيء ملف الكتروني (EMR ) للمريض تحفظ فيه بياناته و مرفقاته وأى معلومة طبية تخصه
- ترحل طلبات الطبيب فى المعاينة آلياً إلى كل من الحسابات ، المختبر ، الإشعة ، و الصيدلية.
- تحسب نسبة تحمل كل من المريض و شركة التأمين لكل خدمة بشكل آلى و إصدار مطالبة شركة التأمين .
- تصدر تقارير مفصلة لحسابات المرضى توضح كل الخدمات التى حصل عليها المريض خلال فترة علاجه بالمستشفى.
- تصدر كشف حساب لكل طبيب مفصل بحساب عمولاته من الخدمات.
- تمنح صلاحيات محددة لكل مستخدم حسب المهام اللى بيقوم بيها وهيكلة الوظيفة فبالتالي هتزود الرقابة الداخلية لضبط الآداء .
- تحفظ نسخ احتياطية خارج شبكة العمل بشكل آلي بعد نهاية كل وردية عمل يومي .
