1.本公司发布本声明，系因近日获悉，有人士以与本公司名称相近或容易引起混淆的名称，在外进行筹款相关宣传及活动。

2.本公司从未进行、授权、认可或参与任何形式的筹款活动，无论直接或间接。

3.任何使用 “Lumut Columbarium” 或任何与本公司名称相似之名称所进行或推广的筹款活动，均未获得本公司授权或认可，亦与本公司无任何关联。

4.为免生疑，本公司特此澄清，现所流传用于筹款之银行账户名称 “LUMUT COLUMBARIUM”，并非本公司银行账户，且与本公司不存在任何关联。

5.因上述筹款活动所引发之一切事项、纠纷或损失，概由相关人士自行承担，本公司不承担任何责任或法律责任。

6.本公司谨此提醒社会公众提高警惕，并仅通过本公司官方渠道核实任何与本公司相关的信息。

本声明谨作澄清用途。

LUMUT COLUMBARIUM SDN. BHD. (referred to as the ‘Company’) wishes to clarify the following:
1. The Company issues this notice following information coming to its attention that there is a circulation requesting for fundraising under a name that is confusingly similar to the Company’s name.
2. The Company has not carried out, authorised, endorsed, or been involved in any fundraising activities of any kind, whether directly or indirectly.
3. Any fundraising activities being promoted or conducted using the name “Lumut Columbarium” or any similar name are not associated with or endorsed by the Company.
4. For clarity, the bank account under the name “LUMUT COLUMBARIUM” that has been circulated for fundraising purposes does not belong to the Company and has no connection with the Company in any way whatsoever.
5. The Company does not accept any responsibility or liability for any matters arising from such fundraising activities.
6. Members of the public are kindly advised to exercise caution and to verify any information relating to the Company only through its official channels.

This notice is issued for clarification purposes.
