Led by Dr Pang Chee Hiang, a senior consultant in rehabilitation medicine.Beside the dialysis service, this centre emphasizes on the patients' various health problems, especially non-pharmacological treatments such as rehabilitatory exercise regimens. According to Dr Pang, many dialysis patients are troubled by their illnesses and often find it difficult to go back to their prior work or lifestyle, ignoring also the possible benefits that might be derived from rehabilitatory exercises. In Comfort Dialysis Centre, the emphasis is on helping and encouraging the dialysis patients to exercise and try to breakthrough their mindset of "being ill", therefore going back to a healthy life.
