The Infusion Nurse Committee was established with a clear purpose: 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁. This nurse-led initiative, supported by doctors and multidisciplinary teams, empowers nurses to lead training, protocol development, and continuous safety improvements. For patients, this means safer infusions, better monitoring, reduced complications, and greater confidence in the care they receive.

At Regency, our patient safety starts with people and is built on trust. By equipping our nurses to lead, we strengthen care where it matters most at the patient’s bedside, every day.
