【仁中医】是新康集团旗下的中医诊所，位于新山县 Seri Alam 的立康医院 (Regency Specialist Hospital)旁的店铺，提供需要同时接受中西医治疗的病患便利。

骨骼“错位”及原因 ❓
What are the causes of Skeletal “Misalignment” ❓

人体骨架 ----- 🏠房子的钢筋结构；支撑重量 + 动作协调。
“软组织”（肌肉、韧带与筋膜等）：维持骨头在正常位置的稳定性。

导致骨骼“错位”的因素可能是：

• 外伤性因素
• 生活习惯因素
• 产后体质改变
• 肌肉力量不均
• 长时间疲劳或劳损

骨骼错位可能出现的症状：

• 腰酸背痛、脖子僵硬、落枕
• 坐骨神经痛、手脚麻木、酸胀
• 驼背、圆肩、长短脚、假胯宽
• 关节卡卡响、走路偏斜、不稳
• 产后骨盆不正、耻骨疼、尾骨痛

这些都有可能是骨盆、脊柱或关节轻度错位导致的。

The human skeleton is like the steel framework of a house 🏠—it supports body weight and enables coordinated movement.
Soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, fascia, etc.) help keep the bones stable and in their proper positions.

Possible Causes of Skeletal “Misalignment”:

• Traumatic injuries
• Poor daily habits or posture
• Postpartum physical changes
• Muscle strength imbalance
• Long-term fatigue or overuse

Possible Symptoms of Skeletal Misalignment:

• Lower back pain, upper back pain, stiff neck
• Sciatic pain, numbness in the hands and feet, soreness
• Hunched back, rounded shoulders, uneven leg length
• Clicking or catching joints, uneven or unstable walking
• Postpartum pelvic misalignment, p***c bone pain, tailbone pain

These symptoms may be caused by mild misalignment of the pelvis, spine, or joints.

现代人胃痛原因部分与情志有很大关系！✅
现代人工作压力大，常不定时吃饭，导致胃痛反复发作，经久难愈。

中医认为脾胃运作有赖于肝的生理功能的正常发挥。
肝气郁滞，势必克脾犯胃，致气机郁滞，胃失通降而痛。❗

因此情志不畅会导致胃脘痛，其中常伴食欲不振😔，腹胀，恶心呕吐🤮，嘈杂，泛酸，嗳气等上消化道症状。

中医在这方面可以通过调畅肝气，和胃健脾来改善情志所导致的胃脘疼痛。🍃

Yes, in modern society, a portion of stomach pain cases are closely related to emotional factors! ✅
With today’s fast-paced lifestyle and work pressure, many people eat irregularly or under stress, leading to recurring and persistent stomach discomfort.

From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the proper functioning of the spleen and stomach depends on the liver’s normal physiological activity.
When the liver’s qi (energy) becomes stagnant due to emotional distress, it may overact on the spleen and attack the stomach. This disrupts the smooth flow of qi, causing stagnation and resulting in stomach pain. ❗

Therefore, emotional depression or stress can lead to epigastric (upper abdominal) pain, often accompanied by symptoms such as poor appetite 😔, abdominal bloating, nausea and vomiting 🤮, acid reflux, belching, and other upper digestive discomforts.

In such cases, TCM treatment aims to soothe the liver qi, harmonize the stomach, and strengthen the spleen, thereby relieving stomach pain caused by emotional imbalance. 🍃

大便出血该怎么预防和调护？

1. 保持大便通畅，排便时不要久蹲不起或过分用力。
2. 适量吃些含纤维素较多的蔬菜。
3. 避免进食辛辣刺激性食品，避免进食坚硬、粗糙的食品。
4. 戒烟、酒。
5. 便血的患者应避免剧烈活动。
6. 保持心情舒畅，保持正常的生活作息规律。

Prevention and Management of Re**al Bleeding (blood in stool)

1. Keep bowel movements regular. Avoid prolonged straining or sitting during defecation.

2. Include adequate fiber-rich vegetables in your diet.

3. Avoid spicy, irritating, hard, or coarse foods.

4. Refrain from smoking and alcohol consumption.

5. Avoid strenuous physical activity if experiencing re**al bleeding.

6. Maintain a positive mood and follow a regular daily routine.

👩‍⚕️中医如何诊治大便出血？💩🩸

中医认为便血是肠中积热（夹湿），或者脾气虚损，不能统摄血行所致。

治疗常以中药来清肠热，固摄止血和补气摄血方法治疗。

但如果治疗后反复出现便血，则需根据便血的颜色及伴随症状来考虑是否有其他器质性的病变，以免耽误病程。

How Does Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnose and Treat Re**al Bleeding?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that re**al bleeding is often caused by accumulated heat in the intestines (sometimes accompanied by dampness), or by a deficiency in spleen qi, which results in the inability to properly control the flow of blood.

Treatment typically involves using Chinese herbal medicine to clear intestinal heat, stop bleeding, and tonify qi to help contain the blood.

However, if re**al bleeding recurs after treatment, the color of the blood and any accompanying symptoms should be carefully evaluated to rule out potential underlying organic diseases, in order to avoid delaying proper medical care.

大便出血该怎么办💩🩸❓

首先需注意大便的颜色 ❗

健康成人的大便呈黄色、浅褐色或深褐色。

若出现大便颜色的异常，首先需根据大便颜色的区别来做考量。

1. 血液颜色鲜红 🔴——大便颜色鲜红、或果酱色包裹着粪便排出或大便后点滴而出
2. 黏液或脓血便 🔴⚪️—— 大便夹杂着红白色血液及脓液
3. 黑便 ⚫️—— 大便色黑如泊油路样

若出现以上颜色的大便，需做进一步的检查，以确定大便出血的原因！⚠️

What Should You Do If You Notice Blood in Your Stool?

First, pay attention to the color of your stool.

A healthy adult’s stool is typically yellow, light brown, or dark brown.

If there is a noticeable change in stool color, it's important to assess the difference based on the color and appearance:

Bright red blood — Stool appears bright red or jam-colored, either coating the stool or dripping after bowel movements.

Mucus or pus mixed with blood — Stool contains a mix of red and white blood along with pus.

Black, tar-like stool — Stool is black and resembles tar or asphalt.

If you notice any of the above changes in stool color, further medical examination is necessary to determine the cause of the bleeding.
