南乳炸肉
材料:
花肉两條
腌料:
蒜头4瓣
姜蓉两汤匙
南乳两块
玉米粉3汤匙
生抽一汤匙
蠔油半汤匙
味精少许(腌制最少一个小時)
做法:
1)把腌制好的猪肉放进油中炸至金黄色即可上碟享用了。
