Healing isn’t a straight line.

Some days feel light, like you’re finally moving forward. Other days feel heavy, like you’ve taken ten steps back. But both are part of the same journey.

Growth asks for patience. It asks you to sit with discomfort, to face things you’d rather avoid, and to take steps that don’t always feel good in the moment. Those uncomfortable steps? They’re not setbacks, they’re necessary.

You’re not lost. You’re becoming.

Be gentle with yourself when progress feels slow. Keep going, even when it’s messy. Healing isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up, again and again.
