We offer individualized management programme to customers with or without chronic disease such as skin disorders (atopic dermatitis/eczema, psoriasis, acne vulgaris, hyperpigmentation, scars, diabetic/pressure ulcers, warts, molluscum contagiosum etc), metabolic disorders, heart disease, post stroke etc.
Individualized Management Programme is a personalized plan which is designed and developed based on one’s condition. Factors like nature of the disease, age, affected areas, current on-going medications and other factors will be considered when a new management plan is developed. We believe in holistic management which targets not only the symptoms but also the inner root of the condition. Hence, most of our customers experience fast, long-lasting relief and minimum or no flare-ups.
We combine conventional medicines and unconventional therapies for optimum results. Most of our therapies are based on natural medicines which have better safety profile. The treatment dose is; however, individualized. We will continue to search for better treatment or alternative treatment for resistant cases which fail to respond to current treatment regime.
Due to detailed screening and assessment in each review is required, we may need to spend up to 30min to 1 hour on one patient. Hence, we encourage patients to make appointment with us if a management plan is needed. For local patients, weekly follow-up is offered until the symptoms stabilize, whereas for outstation patients, fortnightly review is offered until the symptoms stabilize.
Individualised Management Programme can be provided in multiple areas. In order to enhance our services to the public, we have 3 pharmacists specialised in different areas available to provide consultation to the public.
