St. John Ambulans Malaysia, Kawasan Muar proudly served as the Main Medical Support Unit for this major event, ensuring the safety and well-being of all runners throughout the race.

Our dedicated medical team was stationed across key points along the route and at the finishing line, ready to respond to any medical emergencies. From on-site first aid to ambulance standby and pre-hospital care, our team performed their duties with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.

A heartfelt thank you to all our medical officers, ambulance crews, and volunteers for their commitment and teamwork. Your efforts played a vital role in making this marathon a safe and successful event!
