Lower molar tooth ( previously treated with root canal and crown ) was extracted due to infection at root. After three months implant was placed to restore back patient mastication function. Patient is now happy as he can chew well.

Patient came with complain on and off of infection and swelling on the upper left side of molar tooth. Detailed examination was done and X-ray showed that bone loss was found on molar tooth due to gum problems . After discussion with patient , we decided to place bone graft on the bone loss area .Few months later, patient came back for review . X-ray indicated that her bone loss area showed improvement and now her tooth was stable . At last esthetic zirconia crown was placed for cuspal protection .
