We are committed to providing the highest quality child care to babies, children and adolescents. We understand that every child has different needs and requires a different level of care. Little details matter to us, which is why we have separate waiting & consultation rooms for well and sick children, to minimize infection transmission. We also provide behavioral therapy for special needs childr

en. We take phone calls during office hours only. No phone calls 30 minutes before closing time. ABC is CLOSED on SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Sometimes, the most meaningful thing you can do is just sit down and play with food together.

今天门诊来了一位9岁小朋友，肚子不舒服。妈妈陪在旁边，诊疗过程顺顺利利，检查和处理都搞定了，气氛也轻松下来。

我就随口问他一句：“你的志愿是什么啊？”
小朋友愣了一下，没有马上回答，好像在想要怎样讲才“对”。
妈妈在旁边笑着插话：“Gamer？YouTuber？”
这一句，突然让我心里有点感触。

在马来西亚，现在的小孩成长环境，真的跟我们小时候不一样。以前父母最常听到的答案是：医生、老师、工程师、律师——这些代表稳定、体面、不会走错路的职业。
但现在，小孩第一反应，很多时候是跟屏幕有关：打游戏、YouTube、直播、网红。其实这些也不是“不好”，只是他们每天接触到的世界就是这样。

这背后，反映了一个更大的变化：小孩对“成功”的想象，已经从稳定工作，转向可见度和影响力。
在社交媒体时代，一个人是不是“成功”，不再只是看你做什么工作，而是看你有没有观众、有没有关注、有没有流量。

YouTuber、网红，看起来门槛低：一部手机、一个账号就能开始。但要走得长远，其实很难，因为背后是竞争激烈、不稳定的流量环境。

如果简单分，现代职业大概有三条路（可能不止）：

专业型职业：医生、律师、工程师、教师等，需要长期训练、专业资格，稳定性高，靠的是专业与信任。

技能与服务型职业：送货员、促销员、技工、厨师、司机等，靠的是勤劳、技能与服务精神，进入门槛较低，但一样能养家糊口、支撑社会。

内容与流量型职业：网红、YouTuber、主播、创作者，靠的是创意、影响力与趋势，起步快但竞争激烈，稳定性低。

三者没有绝对高低，只是不同的选择。

在马来西亚这种多元社会，现实更常见的是“混合型人生”。很多家庭还是很看重学历和稳定，因为那是经济安全的基础；但年轻一代又受到全球网络文化影响，向往更自由、更有表达性的职业。
所以我们看到的，不是传统职业被取代，而是选择变多了，但不确定性也更大。

回到诊间那一刻，小朋友没有明确回答“志愿是什么”，也许不是没有梦想，而是他还在学习这个世界给他的选项。
而那句“Gamer？YouTuber？”也不是随口玩笑，而是时代的真实反映。

作为大人，我们能做的，不是急着纠正答案，而是陪孩子理解更重要的一件事：梦想不只是一个职业的名字，而是一个过程——在探索中找到自己喜欢的东西，学会承担责任，建立价值观。

• Check and remove any stagnant water around your home (flower pots, buckets, drains)
• Ensure water storage containers are tightly covered
