Jun 16, 2025 - Menurut Google, Temasek dan Bain, ekonomi digital Asia Tenggara dijangka melebihi USD300 bilion menjelang 2030, dengan PKS yang dipimpin wanita bakal memainkan peranan penting dalam perkembangan ini. Syarikat teknologi keibubapaan, Nuren Group (Nuren) menerajui eksport digital untuk jenama tempatan, membuktikan bahawa gelombang seterusnya dalam pertumbuhan Asia Tenggara bukan sahaja atas talian – ia inklusif, boleh berkembang, dan dipacu wanita. The move aims to provide Nuren with greater access to international capital, deepen institutional investor engagement, and elevate its profile on the global stage. “This is more than just a listing – it’s a strategic leap forward in our mission to build Southeast Asia’s most trusted ecosystem for women, from marriage to motherhood,” said Petrina Goh, Group CEO of Nuren. “A Nasdaq listing enables us to amplify our purpose, engage with international capital markets, and unlock new levels of visibility, valuation, and trust.” Nuren has appointed ZICO Evolve Capital Sdn Bhd as its financial adviser for the IPO structuring and listing readiness.

星洲: 从女性角度出发,创办育儿一站式平台

Apr 26, 2025 - 对女性来说，最重要、最带挑战的三大生命状态，不外乎是：结婚，生产及育儿。Nuren Group 专注在做的，就是这三件事。来到创业的第十二个年头，Nuren Group 如今立足站稳在马来西亚、泰国和新加坡的市场。目前也已成功在澳洲国家证券交易所上市，并准备明年到美国上市。平台上汇集了很多专家，如医生、药剂师等，提供及过滤重要且正确的免费资讯。此外，她们也举办了很多线上及线下的活动，比如跟医院、政府配合的工作坊。除了聚焦在怀孕与备孕群体，她们也希望延长应用程式用户的使用期限，例如帮助父母追踪与关注孩子的成长到至少五六岁。其他的近期计划，也包括发展与推动女性医药保险。 “创业难吗？创业是非常挑战的，尤其考验领导力。然而，身为一名女性创业家，我并不觉得辛苦。对我而言，创业最大的挑战是领导。以前，我觉得所谓的领导力，就是我拥有全部的发言与做决定的权利。但之后，我意识到，让团队有参与及发言的机会，才是双赢的诀窍，团队及员工教会了我很多。所谓的领导，不是在组建或培养我的追随者，而是让我栽培更多有能力带领团队的领导。”

Overcoming Foundational Challenges - from early challenges to future expansion plans, Goh shared the strategies that have propelled Nuren Group to the forefront of parenting technology. Establishing a leading parenting platform in a culturally diverse region like Southeast Asia presented several hurdles. “When founding Nuren Group, we encountered several key challenges,” Goh recalls. Understanding the specific needs of parents and expecting mothers was particularly challenging in the early stages.
