你以为细菌都是坏的?其实,很多人一开始就误会了。😰

我们从小被教育:细菌=肮脏、生病、危险。
所以拼命消毒、杀菌,却不知道——有些细菌,是你身体最重要的守护者。

人体里住着数以兆计的细菌,尤其肠道里的好菌,影响着:

Cholesterol has its functions in our body

But do not get misleaded by some KOL "Professionals" that you do not need to take actions if cholesterol is excessive and beyond limits

We have seen too many cases where cardiovascular issues arise when left unattended.
