As I go through my final preparations for Penang and mind my voice still on the mend, the universe gives me the reminder for myself. I believe what is meant to be will be once I've done all I can and prepared for incidentals, so the rest is out of my hands... Thus why stress? I'm doing my best.

So if you're doing your best, just know you're doing your best and that's all that matters. The results will be what will be. You've put in the best of you and more even - that's all that you can do.

TRIAD is tailored to move participants from a state of contraction and mental overload into safety, fluidity, and ease.

1. SomaFlow: Embodied Movement
Begins with a practice that weaves conscious breathwork with slow, intuitive, and sensual somatic movement.
Purpose: To drop out of the thinking mind and into the body’s fascia, where chronic tension is often held.

2. The Emotional Tour: Somatic Exploration
Following the movement, the "Emotional Tour" guides participants into exploring emotions directly through bodily sensations.
Purpose: To move away from analyzing why an emotion exists and instead focus on where and how it lives in the body.

3. TRE: Trauma Releasing Exercises
Using a series of seven exercises designed to activate the body’s natural tremoring mechanism.
Purpose: To release deep muscular patterns of stress and trauma, specifically by fatiguing the psoas muscles and triggering neurogenic tremors.

The entire experience equipts you with various tools to continue to grow in your body emotion journey of self love and integration with the world around you.

Individual sessions explores the body psyche using different modalities which each calls for acknowledging and communicating with the amazing body you are living in.

The exercises are meant to help stretch and fatigue the muscles enough to allow your body safely engage in the Neurogenic Tremors or the naturally occurring releasing response to the trauma that the body has been holding on for you and is ready to let go from your system. The tremors or shakes are the easiest natural response for the body to engage in when you initially start your TRE journey. The shake is not the only release response, thus when practicing TRE, it's best to focus on establishing trust in your body, finding safety and comfort in your body, mind, thoughts and emotions while being self regulated and present throughout the process.

if you want a to experience Tension, Stress and Trauma Releasing Exercises with your fur baby (as long as you can manage them and they are comfortable with other people): let's set up a session for your fur baby to be there with you.
When you get into your self practice at home, your fur baby will continue to be an active part of your release, healing and growth process.

My Fur baby Bhaira joins my online sessions quite often, he seems to sense a session. When he lays down to rest as the session progress it means the energy from the participants have created a space of ease within release that everyone feels.

SomaFlow:

This Embodied Movement session is a practice that weaves conscious breathwork with slow, intuitive, and sensual somatic movement.

Purpose: To drop out of the thinking mind and into the body’s fascia, where chronic tension is often held. Then to allow emotions to be present, acknowledged and processed through the body, to flow out moving the stuckness within.

Focus: It is not about perfect form but rather about sensing movement, improving body awareness, and awakening the nervous system’s natural rhythm. Loving yourself and how your body moves for you.

Outcome: Loosens fascia restrictions, shifts energy, and fosters a feeling of being present and safe in one’s own skin. Giving you yet another outlet to safely move stressors and hard emotions through and out of your system towards creating space, peace, harmony and clarity within.

This was from the last Virtual Somatic Taster... Session involved a simple repeated Flow of Movement sequence (stretching, flexing, bending, balancing) - purpose - to get the individual focused on their breath, their own natural flow within the movement and to appreciate how much effort their bodies make to help them complete the flow of movement to their own internal sense of feeling good and comfortable in their bodies.

Between each full sequence celebratory jumps and shakes - the shake party I call it! Which I also do in TRE.

Aside from the flow the other part is the instructions - to give attention, acknowledgement, and thanks to different parts of our bodies supporting various life functions constantly.

Hugs... Hugs are also so important.

It was a short Taster, only about 15mins of movement, but if you truly give yourself to it, you find deep release and gratitude.

It's a great way to move heavy emotions through your body then find ecstatic joy within yourself for allowing yourself to experience and process your stressors through movement.

Talking about it is optional. Let's not get twisted and lost in trying to find the right words, when your body speaks perfectly for you in the way you need it said. Regardless if anyone else understands, you get your release, relief and ease.

Sai Bhanu Jegathesan is bringing TRIAD a deep dive into the Somatic Experience of connecting to your Innate Bodys Wisdom in emotional resilience, trauma release, stress/ tension management and grief processing to Penang on the 30th of April and 1st of May.

The Sai Somatic 4-Hour TRIAD Session is an intensive, in-person somatic healing experience designed to address deep-seated tension, stress, and trauma through a bottom-up approach. Facilitated by Sai—a Kuala Lumpur-based Certified TRE & Emotional Tour Provider, Reiki & Pranic Healing practitioner, and Somatic facilitator —this comprehensive session integrates SomaFlow, the Emotional Tour, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) into a cohesive journey of embodiment.

Unlike talk therapy, this 4-hour immersive format allows for a slow, safe, and deep exploration of the body’s wisdom to release stored energy and nervous system dysregulation.

Process: Sai facilitates a compassionate, curious approach, encouraging participants to track somatic sensations—warmth, tightness, or tingling—associated with emotions like grief, joy, or rage.

Outcome: Allows emotions to move and integrate rather than remaining stuck as physical blockages, promoting emotional regulation.

3. TRE: Trauma Releasing Exercises (Approx. 60 Minutes)
The final intensive segment is TRE, a series of seven exercises designed to activate the body’s natural tremoring mechanism.

Purpose: To release deep muscular patterns of stress and trauma, specifically by fatiguing the psoas muscles and triggering neurogenic tremors.

The Experience: Participants lie down, allowing tremors to start, which can move up the spine and release tension throughout the body.

Outcome: Down-regulates the fight/flight/freeze response, leading to a profound state of rest, relaxation, and nervous system recalibration.

4. Integration and Grounding
The remaining time is dedicated to settling the system, integrating the experiences, and grounding.
